Wednesday, April 22, 2026 - Exhibitor and Sponsor Booth Set Up

10:00AM - 4:00PM Exhibitor and Sponsor Booth Set Up (Lobby)

We highly recommend taking advantage of the Wednesday set up time if possible. Our staff will be available on Wednesday to show you to your booth and help with any questions or troubleshooting. On Thursday morning, TWT staff will be preparing for attendee arrival and only one staff member will be available to provide exhibitor set up assistance.

CE Credits

Registered attendees will have the opportunity to earn 7 W/WW CE credits. To earn the credits, participants must attend the entire event, attend classes and lightning talks of their choice, and be present at the closing session to submit their completed exhibitor passport.

If this will be your first time visiting The Water Tower, please find directions below to help you find us. Please be sure to enter through the main entrance at the intersection of Woodward Mill and Plunketts Road.

Parking

Please park in the main parking lot in front of the main building (Building A) on Clean Water Court. Overflow parking is available in the gravel lot on the side of the main building.

Exhibitor Passport

Each attendee will receive an exhibitor passport when they check in. During the closing session, we will have a raffle drawing of completed exhibitor passports for a prize. *Please note: a complete exhibitor passport is required to obtain 7 W/WW CE credits. Only one passport may be submitted per person.
